Tamariki were keen to paint flowers using paints. It seems to be an ongoing interest that has been reappearing. We thought it might be a great idea to use this as a trigger and set up provocations to reignite their interest in flowers and creative art. We observed them in action and as they painted they compared their drawings and analysed the different components needed for a flower to grow. Perhaps the growth process of a flower is something we would like to investigate or creating our very own flower or vegetable garden?
